- 3. Applicant Signature
š Additional Details Required:
- 1. Mobile Number (Active for OTP)
- 2. Educational Qualification (10th / 12th / Graduate)
- 3. Blood Group
- 4. Emergency Contact Number
š Important Notes:
- ā¢ Aadhaar linked mobile number is mandatory for contactless OTP authentication.
- ā¢ Learner License (LL) must be applied first before Permanent Driving License.
- ā¢ Permanent DL can be applied after 30 days from Learner License issuance.
