š Mandatory Compulsory Documents:
- 1. Aadhaar Card of Proprietor / Partners
- 2. PAN Card of Proprietor / Firm
- 3. Photo of the Shop Board (In Marathi / Devanagari Script)
- 4. Passport Size Photograph of Applicant
- 5. Signature of Applicant
š Business Address Proof (Any 1):
- 1. Electricity Bill (Recent Month)
- 2. Registered Rent Agreement (If Rented)
- 3. NOC from Property Owner
- 4. Property Tax Receipt / Index II
š Partnership / Company Documents (If Applicable):
- 1. Partnership Deed (For Partnership Firm)
- 2. MOA / AOA & Certificate of Incorporation (For Private Limited)
- 3. Board Resolution / Authorization Letter
š Important Notes:
- ā¢ Shop Board photo with Marathi font name board is mandatory as per MCGM guidelines.
- ā¢ For establishments with 0-9 employees, Form A Intimation Receipt is generated.
- ā¢ For 10 or more employees, a formal Registration Certificate under Form B is issued.
