Welcome to Promo7. By registering for any of our courses, including but not limited to English Speaking, English Grammar, Microsoft Excel, and Online Documents, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration

• All students must provide accurate personal information including full name, WhatsApp number, age (if applicable), and select the correct course and batch.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful submission of your details and acknowledgment of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Fees & Payment

• Course fees are as mentioned during registration. Please check the selected course carefully.
• Payment must be made through the official payment link provided by Promo7. Fee once paid is non-refundable except in cases stated below.
• Students are required to share the payment confirmation (screenshot or receipt) with Promo7 for record purposes.

3. Course Access

• Course access begins as per the selected batch schedule. Timings are fixed as mentioned (Morning, Evening, or Weekend batches).
• Promo7 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Students will be informed in advance.
• Live sessions are for registered students only. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund & Cancellation

• Fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may include course cancellation by Promo7 or technical issues preventing participation.
• Students requesting cancellation must contact us via official channels. Partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Promo7 management.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, PDFs, and exercises, are property of Promo7 and cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during live sessions.
• Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate use of the platform may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Privacy

• Student information is used solely for course management and will not be shared with third parties except as required for legal or payment purposes.

8. Liability

• Promo7 is not responsible for any technical issues on the student's end including internet failures, device problems, or software errors.
• Promo7 does not guarantee specific outcomes such as proficiency levels or job placements.

9. Amendments

• Promo7 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via official channels and take immediate effect for all students.

By registering and participating in any course offered by Promo7, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
